Project Hierarchy has bee added to the model, which helps the users to view the projects in Hierarchical order, which will be in sync with Microsoft Finance and Operations project and sub project Hierarchy.
Realization details on Resource utilization
Realization details for each resource is now available on utilization reports. These realization details will help in understanding the amount of billing/revenue a Resource should be generating.
Tags for BI Entities
Now most of the BI entities are updated with relevant tags. These Tags helps in identifying entities which are required for Facts and Dimensions in the model.
Employee Headcount
Employee Headcount information for an organization can be viewed on Resourcing Report at any given point of time.
Deep links URL
Now the Deep links functionality is in GA with an optimized design for better performance.
This functionality is available on the project portfolio report for the users to navigate back to MS Finance and Operations in case they want to View/update/modify information on that selected project.
Data Entity Creation
Additional entities are made available in data model for the users to enhance the reporting capability as a self-service BI solution.
Resourcing Report
A new report for resourcing information has been introduced in the current release. This report will have the overall view of the resource such as Total estimated hours, Estimated utilization %, Total resource and billable hours.
A statistical view to show the trend on resourcing and billable hours, drill down experience for quarters to weeks and role wise comparison of past estimated vs past actual utilization %‘s are some of the highlights of the report.
