The report provides insights and information related to Contracts and their contract/Project related transaction details.

These reports will help the organization in Contract management and analyze key accounts of the organization. The Key elements of this reports are:

Contract Summary: The Contract Summary tab provides project managers with a comprehensive overview of project transactions, including budgeted amount, revenue, and gross profit, at the contract level. This summary information allows project managers to analyze the performance of each contract, make informed decisions, and take necessary actions to optimize project outcomes. Invoice details: The Invoice Details tab provides organizations with a comprehensive report that enables them to understand the invoiced amount and outstanding balances for each customer. This report offers valuable insights into customer billing at the project level, facilitating effective tracking and management of invoicing activities. Project managers and finance teams can easily track the invoicing status and identify any outstanding balances. Contract WIP: The Contract WIP tab provides crucial information to companies by offering insights into the amount of revenue expected to be recognized periodically for projects that are in the Work-in-Progress (WIP) status. AR details: Accounts Receivable (AR) Details: The AR Details tab provides organizations with a comprehensive Customer Aging Report that displays the balances or outstanding amounts due from customers categorized by aging periods. This report offers valuable insights into the financial status of customer accounts, facilitating effective management of accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

First tab ‘Contract Portfolio’ consist of all summary information of the project transactions like Contract value, Revenue, Cost and expense and gross parfit.

Table view of Contract Portfolio has detailed information of the contract list showing KPIs such as Contract value, Invoiced and AR balance.

Invoice details consists of information of invoiced amount by customer and by project.
