Extend FACT Resourcing to Support Project Operations Pre-Release Projects
FACT Resourcing now includes draft and pre-contract projects from Project Operations, giving planners visibility into early-stage work before projects are formally released to Finance & Operations. Resource managers can identify upcoming demand, plan capacity, and make staffing decisions without waiting for F&O release. Existing behavior for released projects is fully retained, and the enhancement is opt-in- there is no impact to current customers unless explicitly enabled.

Adopting Microsoft Fabric Link for Power BI Reporting
The Fabric Link Configuration section in the Technical Guide has been updated to cover set up of Microsoft Fabric Link for Dataverse, following a Bronze-Silver-Gold medallion architecture. Curated Gold tables and validated reporting views can be exposed through SQL endpoints and connected to the semantic model as the Power BI data source, enabling scalable, near real-time reporting. Enabling Fabric Link improves data reliability, refresh performance, KPI consistency, and end-user access control.

Guidance for aec360 projects data model deployment to enable time-phased opportunity demand in Resource Booking Analysis
To enable time-phased opportunity demand distribution in Resource Booking Analysis, the Project 360 model must connect to the correct Dynamics environment when it is first opened. A new section in the Technical Guide now documents the environment parameter prompt, explaining how to obtain the environment’s Web API endpoint, and connect. There is no impact to existing deployments.

Fix
Clean Up Unsupported Schema Views and Resolve Dependencies
The product package has been updated to remove SQL views that are not part of the supported product schema, specifically [.pbice], [.SGEntity], [.SGLookup], and [.QueryInsights]. Dependencies in [pbifo].[FACTResourcing] have been replaced with standard product logic, aligning the view to core product behaviour across all customer environments. Only PBIFO and PBIPO are maintained as official product schemas. This cleanup has been applied across v10.0.45, v10.0.46, and v10.0.47. No action is required from existing customers.

Fix Duplicate Primary Key in ContractAgreement View
Resolved a duplicate primary key error in the [pbifo].[ContractAgreement] view caused by records with incomplete key fields (DataAreaID, AgreementNum, ProjectContractId) generating an empty composite key. A filter has been added to exclude incomplete records, ensuring key uniqueness and preventing downstream load failures in FACTContractAgreement and FACTSubContractAgreement.
