Project Portfolio is based on the aec360 BI data model. The report provides an overview of all the Projects assigned to the user. From the Project Name, users can expand details to see metrics for agreements under that Project.
Project information such as Contract Value, Revenue JTD, Percentage completed, Labor JTD, Multiplier JTD, Expense JTD, Hours JTD, Gross profit and its percentage can be viewed from the Project Portfolio report.
The audience for this report is a Project manager. From the Project Portfolio report, a user can drill-through to more detailed reports for a specific Project in the Project Details Content Pack.
