projects360 Project status Report

This Report Provides of the detailed information of the selected Project navigated from project Portfolio.

This Reports consists of below mentioned tabs,

Project Metrics

This will give the overall view of the selected project, this consist of month on month trend on billable consulting hours and a table showing project transaction type wise budgeted and actual amounts.

Actual hours

Here uses can see the Actual hours like posted,unposted,Adjusted and hours from hours journal in various hierarchy. here the user can drill down by project level to WBS levels. their is a table showing actual and unposted hours by resource as well.

Budgeted ETC Analysis

Here uses can see the budgeted hours like actual and unposted hours ,ETC/EAC hours and estimated hours over/under budget in various hierarches (Project, Line Property ID, Activity)

Budget Hours Remaining

Here uses can see the budgeted hours remaining like actual and unposted hours ,Estimated hours % complete, WBS ETC hours calculated , ETC/EAC hours and estimated hours over/under budget % in various hierarches (Project, Line Property ID, Activity)

Budget amount Remaining

Here uses can see the budgeted amount remaining and actual amount currency pending, amount currency invoice proposal , amount currency invoiced , amount currency total by various hierarches (Project, Line Property ID, Activity)

Budget Amount Analysis

Here uses can see the budgeted amount all , WBS EAC amounts by PM , Estimated amounts Over/under budget and amount currency total by various hierarches (Project, Line Property ID, Activity).

And also a trend of invoiced amount by month.
