aec360 Accounts Receivable

Aec360 Accounts Receivable report has been included with new tabs (‘DSO Summary’ and ‘DSO All Customers’) for DSO and 1 tab to show Collection details.

DSO Summary consist of Ratios calculated for one, three and 6 months by customer. We have Key KPI’s of Open Balance, Total sales and Average days of payment pending.

This tab represents DSO and Sales metrics by customer, here the user can also slice the data based on Company, Customer, Customer Group, and Business unit and Vendor.

Collection Trend tab consist of Collections made per month, here user can see the collection details of any selected customer/customer group for desired year.

aec360 Earned Value Management

Eaec360 Earned Value Management Report consist of two tabs one with detailed view of Projects by currency which has Contract value, Contract hours,Revenue,Houre, Completed and estimated percent for revenue and hours.

Here user will have facility to do trill through of any selected project which will navigate to other tab consisting of details of selected project.

aec360 Contract Management

Contract Management consists of Contract Agreement wise details like Labor, Subcontractor, Reimbursables expenses with respect to Contract agreed value/amount.

Here user can also see the status of the contract whether it is approved/rejected or pending. In second tab user can see the distribution details for the projects associated to that contract.

Drill through for the this based agreement number is available to see more details on each agreement.

Subcontractors management report displays the data based on project and vendor combination. Here user can also see the total approved/unapproved distribution for selected project/vendor.

aec360 Resourcing

Resource booking analysis is new tab added to aec360 BI resourcing Content pack to showcase the details of Resource/Resource group on Booked hours against the Capacity.

Here user can select the selection on resource groups, the tab shows Month on month trend on booked and estimated utilization percent. Based on color code user can easily identify where the resource is over or under booked for that month.

Sorting fields

Sorting fields has been included in the content packs which enables the user to use it as a slicer in any of the content pack report to slice and dice the data accordingly, Same has been included in Project portfolio report consisting of fields like Industry, Legal entity Practice and sub practice.
