Field level functional description

• BillingApprover: An identifier (often numeric) for the person responsible for approving billing on the contract.
• BillingApprover_Email: The email address of the billing approver for communication and notifications.
• BillingApprover_FullName: The full name of the billing approver for reference and reporting.
• BillingFrequency: Specifies how often billing occurs for the contract (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
• ContractId: The unique identifier assigned to each contract for tracking and management.
• ContractId_Name: A combined or descriptive field that may include both the contract ID and its name for easier identification.
• ContractName: The official name or title of the contract.
