Utilization targets are a measure of expected working and productive hours by worker by day. This fact table is at a detailed level to simplify utilization reporting over any time period.

Utilization targets are a Projects360 feature that rely on setting up a calendar, working days, applying the calendar to a worker, and setting up the worker’s utilization targets.

Field level functional description

  • Currency: The currency in which realization amounts and rates are measured.
  • FTEPercent: The Full-Time Equivalent percentage, representing the proportion of a full-time workload assigned as a target.
  • ProjTransDateUtilizationTarget: The project transaction date associated with the utilization target, used for time-based analysis.
  • RealizationAmount: The actual monetary amount realized, often compared against targets.
  • RealizationRate: The actual realization rate, typically calculated as a percentage of revenue or billable hours achieved versus target.
  • RealizationRateSetup: The setup or planned realization rate, used as a benchmark for performance.
  • TargetTotal_: The total target value (such as hours or amount) set for utilization.
  • TargetUtilized_: The portion of the target that has been utilized or achieved.
