The Key elements of this reports are:
1. Contract Management: Contract Management in Dynamics 365 refers to the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) platform, to manage various aspects of the contract lifecycle. This includes the creation, negotiation, approval, execution, monitoring, and renewal or termination of contracts. Dynamics 365 provides tools and features that streamline and centralize contract-related processes, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle.

First tab the Contract Management tab provides project managers with a comprehensive overview of transactions, including budgeted amount, budgeted hours, Expense, Reimbursable and subcontractors at the contract level. This summary information allows project managers to analyse the performance of each contract and helps to manage it in a better way.

The table view of the contract management tab contains information on the contract amount by customer and by agreement.

2. Subcontractors Management: Subcontractor management in Dynamics 365 (D365) involves using the platform to effectively manage relationships, processes, and collaboration with subcontractors. This is particularly relevant in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and project-based services where subcontractors are often engaged to provide specialized services or components as part of larger projects.
