Utilization report

The report provides an overview of Resource utilization within the organization.

This Report is targeted audience are Project manager which helps them to have the trend on billable hours and employee utilization. This gives the historical trend by hierarchal level Quarter>Months>weeks.

This report helps to identify and quantify the extent to which resources are being used optimally or underutilized. The Key elements of this reports are:

Utilization Summary: It provides insight on resource billable utilization percentage, utilization % for all employee, realization % in terms of utilization of resource, total billable hours (posted + unposted) and comparison between (Utilization % (billable), Utilization %(Empl)).

In the first tab Utilization Summary, on the first row we are showing overall billable utilization %, Utilization % for all employee and realization % in terms of utilization of resource. On the second row left side we are showing historical trend of billable hour by hierarchal level Quarter>Months>weeks and on the right side we are showing the historical trend of comparison between billable utilization % & Utilization % of employee by hierarchical level Quarter>Months>Weeks.

In the second tab Utilization by Resource tab, user can see Resource wise billable hours, utilized non bill, utilized internal and total utilized hours, total working hours against those resource with their utilization % for both billable and employee.

We have provided an option the drill through to see more details for one selected resource. In drill through the user can see the details like utilization%(billable) and Utilization%(empl) for the selection made period and Project wise details where he worked on and booked the hours. This will help the user to make decisions for future.
