This Report Provides of the detailed information of the selected Project navigated from project Portfolio.

This Reports consists of below mentioned tabs,

Project at a Glance

This will give the overall view of the selected project, this section is divided into two sections Project P&L and Fee Management Revenue, Gross profit, labor, expense, and Gross profit. Under fee management summary of Contract value, WIP, AR amount outstanding, remaining revenue, percent complete and percent of hours remaining.

Fee Management

This tab provides the details of the selected project on contract value, budgeted hours, WIP, Invoice proposal amount, Invoiced amount, % completed, Revenue and Remaining revenue.

Project P&L

This tab consists of the details of YTD information of revenue, gross profit, and multiplier for selected project.

Labor Cost and Hours

This tab consists of the details of Project and Resource on Labor JTD, total hours further bifurcated to posted and unposted.

Expenses and Subcontractors

This tab holds the details breakdown by project > category > vendor on travel expenses and project expenses.

Resourcing Estimate Variance

This tab provides the details of Resource estimated hours, Resourcing Actual Hours, Resource estimate to complete hours, Resourcing Estimated variance, and Resourcing Hours Variance %.

Resourcing hours by Role

This tab provides the details by Role, which shows the monthly trend on resourcing hours. Here user can drill down from Project level to Resource level.
